The Adventures of Batman e Robin
| Product no.: | AD5164 |

The Genesis version features Batman and Robin stopping Mr. Freeze from freezing Gotham City, who frees the Joker, the Mad Hatter, and Two-Face from Arkham Asylum, each with their own agenda and interests: the Joker celebrates his birthday by stealing jewels, Two-Face attempts to conquer the city from above, and the Mad Hatter builds his own robots in his surreal lair. Both characters can be played simultaneously and are technically identical, with the same tools and combinations. There are four levels divided into multiple scenarios, all of which are beat-em-up style, except for the final boss battle, which shifts into a scrolling shooter with the Batplane. The game is recognized by the gaming community for its excellent visual and audio quality—Danish composer Jesper Kyd's mastery is evident in both the music and sound effects—and for its irritating difficulty.
